ETAs and Vignettes
- ETAs are obtained from the official GOV.UK website How to apply for an ETA
- ETAs are official electronic documents and paper copies not accepted with Le Pet Express. Please ensure you have your ETA on your phone on your day of travel. The driver will compare the last 4 digits in the ETA to your passport physically on you. They must match. Providing a photocopy of an ETA is like providing a photocopy of a passport. It is not accepted.
- Some customers have the original vignettes in their passport. Vignettes do not prove current legal immigration status. GOV.UK is very clear that e visas have replaced physical vignettes Vignette
- Customers with vignettes are required to provide their share code so we can check immigration status’.
