Le Pet Express is asked many times why their GB health certificate issued in France requires the DDPP stamp. The DDPP is the official vet in France and follows the EU guidance whereby a local vet may fill out the GB health certificate. After the local vet fills out the GB health certificate the DDPP stamp is required.
